Apple Pickin'

Elliott, Emma, Grandma Loerch, and I all went to Emma Krumbee's Farm on Sunday, to pick apples and pumpkins.  Well they were having the Scarecrow Festival, and had a HUGE hay able hill for her to climb among other places to explore.  Thes following pictures are from when we made it over to the apple orchard section.  Emma would pick and apple, take a bite, spit it out, and then reach for another apple!  It was so fun to watch - she was enthralled!  Elliott got her to take a bite of his, too.

Pictures form the pumpkin patch to follow tomorrow...

Em is babbling up a storm, telling us things over and over again.  She is determined to get her pants on all by herself, and gets VERY angry if you try to help her.  We went to Chili's tonight (thank the lord for chili con queso and chips!!!) and Emma enjoyed getting the ice out of my glass and putting it into her dad's, she enjoyed  breaking up the chips into tiny little pieces and dropping them all over (yes I did clean up the floor before we left), she didn't enjoy the chocolate milk like we thought she might, and the mac-n-cheese tasted way better when eaten with her hands!!!

Guess that's it for now.... love to all...
